For any type of commercial door, preventative maintenance is the key to keeping your costs down and avoiding complicated repair and replacement problems. At Doorworkx, we offer a service plan starting at just $35.00 per door (not including replacement parts, minimum 3 doors) which includes the following: lubing all points of friction, testing door operation for proper balancing and tension, checking all safety features such as photo eyes and safety loops, and testing all activating devices, such as motion detectors, remote controls, key pads, card readers, and pull-up loops.
